The New Beginning program is designed to assist individuals who are determined to turn away from the past habits and practices that led to their incarceration and to take the steps necessary to become law-abiding citizens and productive members of society. The New Beginning scholarship reflects the promise of God in II Corinthians 5:17: “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” God changes lives from the inside; this scholarship will provide material support to individuals who have embraced God’s opportunity for a new beginning by offering them free tuition for up to 12 credit hours of college.
