August 2020 Fidelis Letter from the President
Dear JWC family and friends,
It’s the Great Commission. Jesus commissioned his followers to “Go and make disciples of all nations . . . teaching them to obey all that I have commanded you” (Matthew 28:19).
At John Witherspoon College, we seek to keep the Great Commission at the forefront with our mission of providing Christ-centered classical education for service to the church and the world. And you are invited and encouraged to join us by taking a class this fall semester. Registrations for the fall semester are due August 13, and the in-person, small group classes begin August 24.
Here is a list of some of the faculty and the courses they plan to teach this fall:
Professor Justin McGeary: The Old Testament Story, Ancient World, Greek I, and Greek III.

The CLT (Classic Learning Test) was developed in 2015 as an alternative to the two widely-used college and university admission exams, the SAT and the ACT. Amid recent cancellations of the SAT/ACT, you may want to consider taking the CLT test, now accepted by many colleges and universities, including John Witherspoon College.
Earlier this year, CLT rolled out remote proctoring technology to provide students a way to test safely from the comfort of their homes. Click here to register for the upcoming August 22 CLT, just two weeks away. To find out more about this new standardized test, visit cltexam.com.
