Dear JWC family and friends,
Greetings in this New Year! Spring semester is in full swing and serves as another reminder of God’s faithfulness in bringing the College this far. “The LORD’S lovingkindnesses indeed never cease, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22-23 NASB).
Thank you for your gracious support and prayers for the students and the College. This semester we welcome four new part-time instructors. They include Nathan Hofer, Jamie Kientz, Paul Lloyd, and Cindy Howell Washabaugh.
You are invited and encouraged to attend the JWC Chapel service on Thursday, February 17 at 11:00am, followed by a Chili Cook-off luncheon at Noon. The service is held in the beautiful worship center at Real Life Church, 4024 Sheridan Lake Road, in Rapid City.
Thank you for praying and making a difference in the lives of the students at John Witherspoon College. The College plans to graduate four more students this coming May. Your generous gifts and prayers enable the College to continue providing students with an excellent classical liberal arts and Christ-centered education for service to the church and the world.
Sincerely yours in Christ, Ronald Lewis President
At the Annual ‘Black Hills Roe v Wade Memorial Service’ on Sunday, January 16, JWC students and Alumni shared beautiful music. Meredith Oldham, a Sophomore at JWC in the Humanities Program, played her harp and joined the Alumni Ensemble comprised of David Greff, Lizby Mathews, Josh Egbert, and Kurt Klassen in singing "My Shepherd Will Supply My Need".
